Summary of Committee Actions: 
Membership / Communications
• Host Jasper Happy Hour – June 18 (using leftover wine)
• Plan Fall Fest Block Party – October 18
• Schedule Garden Series events – September & November
• Update website with minutes and committee activity
• Maintain regular social media updates
• Coordinate engagement with Jasper residents
• Announce October 2 neighborhood meeting by September 1

Flooding / Resiliency
• Identify top 3 neighborhood flooding hotspots for City repair
• Draft “HVA Resiliency Priorities & Resources” document
• Review draft with committee and City contacts
• Prepare for future drainage funding advocacy

Parks
• Share park survey results with Board
• Plan volunteer-led park improvement projects
• Develop community events such as:
• Music in the Park
• Family day in a neighborhood park
• “Jazz in the Park” with Parks Conservancy (Fall)

Livability
• Track and escalate unresolved livability complaints (“Treacherous Five”)
• Follow up with Councilmember Seekings
• Share safety reminders following recent vehicle break-ins

Planning & Zoning / BAR
• Monitor key projects:
• Wentworth Garage – awaiting revised submittal
• 80 Ashley – office use proposal pending owner action
• Baba’s on Wentworth – tree removal and renovation plans
• Track and respond to new applications before BZA, BAR, and Planning Commission over the summer
