Welcome to the New HVA Website

Our neighborhood association has a refreshed website — easier to join, easier to stay informed, and built around the issues that matter to Harleston Village.
Yes for CHS, Charleston County

Election Day · November 3

Vote YES on the Transportation Sales Tax.

It continues the half-cent sales tax that has paid for Charleston County roads, transit and green space since 2004.

For Harleston Village

Calhoun Street flood protection is on the ballot.

It funds the Battery Extension to Calhoun Street and the Medical District, where routine rain floods our streets.
