Parking Management Update
HVA's Parking Committee met with Councilman Mike Seekings and Director of Traffic and Transportation Michael Mathis to present resident parking survey results and request targeted action on parking management and enforcement concerns.
On July 21, the Harleston Village Association Parking Committee met with Councilman Mike Seekings and Director of Traffic and Transportation Michael Mathis to present results of the Association’s recent resident parking survey.
The survey identified parking management and enforcement as significant neighborhood livability concerns, including five hotspots with recurring high parking demand and violations. HVA requested targeted City action to address these areas and broader enforcement concerns.
Follow-up commitments from the City remain pending.
