Knee Wall Project Schedule Updated by City
The City reports that permits are secured, construction drawings are being completed, and the Lockwood knee wall project is expected to start before the end of 2026.

Permits have been secured, and construction drawings are being completed. The City expects the project to start before the end of 2026, with a 12-month construction period running through most of 2027.
